Terms and conditions
Our website licences the use of digital photographs of various sizes.
The entire content of the website (data bases, articles, photographs and any means of visual display) is under protection of copyright law 1999. LXXVI. Even with the Operator’s written consent, any content of the web page may only be re-published in an unchanged text form and with proper and clear reference and statement of the exact source.
The website Operator aims at the genuine and accurate display of content, and reserves the right to change any content of the website without prior announcement, to suspend or terminate its operation, and shall not be liable for any typos.
Placing the order and receiving the confirmation email form a legally binding contract between the owner of the www.dog-foto.com site (Licensor) and the Customer (Licensee) according to the Terms and Conditions set forth in the website.
Within 2 work days after full licence fee was received, the Licensor shall deliver the photographs to the Licensee via email in the size specified in the order. The photos will feature the Licensor’s logo.
Paying the license fee for the photos entitles the Licensee to the following: to use the photos on websites, or even for promotional and advertising purposes. However, he or she may not resale these photos; also, their publishing in printed press is subject to the Licensor’s written consent.
The Licensee acknowledges that any subsequent editing that would change the qualities of the photo (e.g. cropping, changing colours, mirroring) is prohibited and will qualify as the violation of copyright laws, and the Licensor does not consent to.
The Licensee acknowledges that as he or she buys the licence for an intellectual property item, following the receipt of the product, he or she has no right to withdraw from purchase.
All photographs on the site, including those whose licence was purchased, belong to the intellectual property of the Licensor’s, who may use them for further purposes without any restrictions, and may continue licensing them.
